What this site collects, what happens to it, and what it doesn't do. Effective July 13, 2026.
The short version
This site collects information only when you choose to send it — through the contact form or the quote calculator. There are no accounts, no tracking cookies, and currently no analytics running on this site. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone, period.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form or the quote calculator, we receive what you type: your name, email address, and message — plus, on the quote form, optional details like business name, phone number, current website, budget range, project description, and your package/add-on selections. Every field except the required ones is your choice to fill in.
That's it. Browsing this site does not require giving us anything.
How we use it
One purpose: responding to you. Form submissions are used to answer your question, prepare your estimate or proposal, and carry on the conversation you started. We don't add you to marketing lists, and we don't send newsletters — honestly, we don't have one.
How form submissions are delivered
Both forms are processed by Splitforms, a form-delivery service that relays your submission to our email inbox. Your submission passes through their systems for delivery and spam filtering; their handling of that data is covered by their own privacy policy.
Cookies, analytics & tracking
This site currently sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. If we add analytics in the future (for example, to see which pages are useful), we will update this policy first and note what changed.
Hosting & server logs
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP addresses, pages requested, timestamps — for security and operations. These are routine infrastructure records, not something we use to profile visitors.
How long we keep things
Emails and form submissions stay in our inbox as ordinary business correspondence — quotes, project history, that kind of thing. If you'd like your correspondence deleted, ask and we'll remove it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see what we have from you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@tcwebpagedesign.com and we'll sort it out — no forms, no hoops.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes (like adding analytics) get called out plainly at the top.
